白小樂,男,河北省博野縣人。1941年出生,1961年高中畢業,被保送軍校學習雷達,1965年由高教部派往法國巴黎留學。曾任中國社科院機關黨委副書記、院刋主騙,歐美同學會總會理事、畄法分會副祕書長?,F任聯合國教科文組織名譽主席,國務院國禮藝術大師,中國文聯藝術顧問,中書協藝術顧問。
應邀參與全國書法比賽和公益活動,榮獲金、銀獎數十次。2007年“迎北京奧運全國書畫大賽”榮獲金獎;中國書法年刋評為“2008年度書法藝術金獎”,2012年被全國中老年書法展評為金獎并授予“當代德藝雙馨藝術家”稱號。2014年春中國郵政出版社出版《一帶一路·新絲綢之路上的藝術大使——白小樂個人藝術展》。
2014年美國集郵集團出版《美國國家名片——中美杰出華人藝術家白小樂美國郵冊限量珍藏版》;2017年法國出版《杰出華人藝術家白小樂紀念珍藏冊》;2024年法國出版白小樂書法集《法國郵票上的中國藝術》;同年,法國達芬奇藝術博物館和意大利佛羅倫薩市政廳聯合授予白小樂【達芬奇國際藝術終身成就獎】;2024年國際藝術聯盟首屆雙年展組委會授予白小樂“世界和平藝術貢獻獎”;中國文旅部華人藝評委、聯合國藝術中心授予白小樂《世界華人藝術金獎》。
Bai Xiaole, a native of Boye County, Hebei Province, was born in
1941. After graduating from high school in 1961, he was admitted to a
military academy to study radar technology. In 1965, he was sent to
Paris, France for further education by the Ministry of Higher Education.
His distinguished career includes serving as Deputy Secretary of the
Party Committee at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,
Editor-in-Chief of its journal, Council Member of the China Association
of Returned Overseas Students, and Deputy Secretary-General of its
French Branch. Currently, he holds the positions of Honorary Chairman of
UNESCO, State Gift Art Master of the State Council, Art Consultant for
the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Art Consultant for
the China Calligraphers Association.
Invited to participate in national calligraphy competitions and
public welfare activities, he has won dozens of gold and silver awards.
In 2007, he won the gold medal in the "National Calligraphy and Painting
Competition for the Beijing Olympics"; the China Calligraphy Journal
awarded him the "2008 Gold Medal of Calligraphy Art", and in 2012, he
was awarded the gold medal and the title of "Contemporary Artist of
Moral and Artistic Excellence" at the National Calligraphy Exhibition
for Middle-aged and Elderly. In the spring of 2014, China Post
Publishing House published "Belt and Road: Artistic Ambassadors on the
New Silk Road-Bai Xiaole’s Personal Art Exhibition".
In 2014, the American Philatelic Group published "The National
Calling Card of America-Limited Edition of the American Stamp Album of
Outstanding Chinese Artist Bai Xiaole"; in 2017, France published "The
Commemorative Collection Album of Outstanding Chinese Artist Bai
Xiaole"; in 2024, France published Bai Xiaole’s calligraphy collection
"China Art on French Stamps"; in the same year, the Da Vinci Art Museum
in France and the Florence City Hall in Italy jointly awarded Bai Xiaole
the [Da Vinci International Art Lifetime Achievement Award]; in 2024,
the organizing committee of the first Biennale of the International Art
Alliance awarded Bai Xiaole the "World Peace Art Contribution Award";
the Chinese Art Jury of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China and
the United Nations Art Center awarded Bai Xiaole the "World Chinese Art
Gold Award".
孫曉云,女,漢族,中共黨員,1955年8月出生于江蘇南京,享受國務院特殊津貼。一級美術師。中央美術學院和蘇州大學博士生導師?,F任中國書法家協會第八屆主席、江蘇省文聯副主席、省書協主席。
1955年8月出生于江蘇南京,三歲始承家傳習書畫,曾在農村插隊五年,在部隊服役八年。
曾任中國書法家協會副主席。現任中國書法家協會第八屆主席、江蘇省文聯副主席、省書協主席。2021年1月,當選中國書法家協會第八屆主席。中共十七、十八、十九大代表,中國文聯第九、十屆委員,中國文聯職業道德建設委員會副主任,江蘇省政府參事,江蘇省美術館名譽館長,中國書協女書法家委員會主任,中國國家畫院書法篆刻院副院長,南京大學中國書法研究院院長。
先后榮獲中共中央國務院“全國先進工作者”(全國勞模),中組部、中宣部、人事部、科技部“全國杰出專業技術人才”、全國書法最高獎“蘭亭獎藝術獎”、“全國德藝雙馨文藝工作者”、“全國文化系統先進工作者”、全國首批宣傳文化系統“四個一批”人才、江蘇省委省政府“紫金文化獎章”、“江蘇省有突出貢獻中青年專家”等獎勵和榮譽稱號。
書法作品曾七次獲全國書法大獎。由華藝出版社、臺灣未來書城出版社(繁體字版)、知識出版社、江蘇鳳凰出版傳媒集團、日本中央公論美術出版社(日文版)先后出版理論專著《書法有法》,十五年暢銷不衰,先后二十次再版,創全國書法理論書籍銷售量最高紀錄。并作為唯一書法理論書籍進入國家“農家書屋工程”。先后獲“韜奮圖書獎”、“江蘇省政府優秀圖書提名獎”。
Sun Xiaoyun, female, Han Chinese, a member of the Communist Party of
China, was born in August 1955 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. She enjoys
the State Council Special Allowance and is a First-Class Art Master. As a
doctoral supervisor at both the Central Academy of Fine Arts and
Soochow University, she currently serves as the 8th Chairperson of the
China Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairperson of the Jiangsu
Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Chairman of the
Jiangsu Calligraphers Association. Born in Nanjing in August 1955, she
began learning calligraphy and painting from her family at age three.
She spent five years in rural areas during the "sent-down youth" program
and eight years in military service. Sun previously served as Vice
Chairperson of the China Calligraphers Association. In January 2021, she
was elected as the 8th Chairperson of the China Calligraphers
Association. She has been a delegate to the 17th, 18th, and 19th
National Congresses of the Communist Party of China, a member of the 9th
and 10th National Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Deputy
Director of the Professional Ethics Committee of the National Federation
of Literary and Art Circles, a consultant to the Jiangsu Provincial
Government, Honorary Director of the Jiangsu Art Museum, Chairperson of
the Women Calligraphers Committee of the China Calligraphers
Association, Vice President of the Calligraphy and Seal Carving
Institute of the National Academy of Painting, and Dean of the Chinese
Calligraphy Research Institute at Nanjing University. She has received
numerous honors including the "National Advanced Worker" (National Model
Worker) awarded by the CPC Central Committee and State Council, the
"National Outstanding Professional Talent" recognized by the
Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, Publicity
Department of the CPC Central Committee, Ministry of Personnel, and
Ministry of Science and Technology, the highest honor in Chinese
calligraphy, the "Lanting Award for Artistic Excellence", the title of
"National Artist with Both Moral Integrity and Artistic Excellence",
"National Advanced Worker in Cultural System", one of the first "Four
Batches" talents in China’s propaganda and cultural system, the "Purple
Gold Cultural Medal" from Jiangsu Provincial Government, and the title
of "Outstanding Young Expert in Jiangsu". Her calligraphy works have won
seven national awards. The theoretical monograph "Calligraphy Has
Methods" has been published successively by Huayi Publishing House,
Taiwan’s Future Book City Press (traditional Chinese edition), Knowledge
Publishing House, Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing & Media Group, and
Japan’s Chuo Koron Bunko Shobo (Japanese edition). Having maintained
enduring popularity for fifteen years, it has undergone twenty reprints
and set the highest sales record among calligraphy theory books
nationwide. As the sole calligraphy theory book included in China’s
National Rural Library Project, it has received the "Taofen Book Award"
and the "Jiangsu Provincial Government Outstanding Book Nomination
Award".
