司徒惠霞，中國畫家?，F為《文化強國》欄目首批高級智庫高級研究員，中企報盟(北京)信息科學研究院副院長，央廣文化交流藝術委員會副主席，央廣文旅發展中心客座教授，中國楹聯學會書法藝術研究會副秘書長，中國書畫家聯誼會新文藝群體書畫家工作委員會委員，華夏國藝書畫藝術中心副主任，中國服務貿易協會國際交流工作委員會副秘書長。香港文聯美術家協會理事。出生于廣東開平，一個融合中西文化風格，具有濃郁藝術氛圍的碉樓之鄉——古鎮赤坎。

自幼受到老一輩藝術家司徒喬、司徒杰等影響，酷愛繪畫造型藝術，尤其對油畫，水粉，水彩，白描，國畫人物畫癡迷，繪畫中講求結構、用色、用光、筆觸、國畫工意并用，旨在達到形神兼備，不斷嘗試創新。

自少年起就不斷參加各類藝術活動、畫展，注重全面藝術修養，用心觀摩中外繪畫名家作品，逐步進入個性創作狀態。近年積極參與各地大型藝術繪畫展覽的創作與活動，獲得好評。2016年作品《花季年華》入選《紀念紅軍長征勝利八十周年》畫展；

2017年作品《苗家小妹》參展《第二屆中國當代書畫名家代表作品展暨女書畫家代表作品展》；

2022年6月《貴州老人頭像》由徐悲鴻美術館收藏；

2023年2月，作品征用于中國郵政發行的集郵冊、日本國郵政通用郵票和郵集、歐洲8國(荷蘭、新西蘭、芬蘭、盧森堡、西班牙、比利時、法國、德國)郵政通用郵票和郵集，為傳揚中華文化盡一份力；

2023年3月15日受到阿爾巴尼亞國大使館邀請，以個展形式參加阿國文化旅游推介會，展示60幅精心之作，為兩國友誼做貢獻；

2024年12月作品《午后暖陽》由中央美術學院美術教育研究中心在第六屆社會美育國際藝術節【2024?表情】優秀作品評選中，經專家組委會評審榮獲二等獎。

2025年2月作品入選首都國際機場展播，授予“北京機場中國文化藝術代言人”稱號。以上各次展覽作品都入畫冊及宣傳畫冊，獲得大家好評。由于具有較為獨到的藝術感受力和組織能力，應約為多位著名藝術大家們作畫評和各種藝術展覽策劃，熱忱為中西文化融合搭橋，為多名華人藝術家策劃內地與香港展覽并從中收獲了藝術路上前行的正能量，取其精華，并逐步樹立個人獨特風格。

Situ Huixia, a painter from China, is currently a senior researcher at the first batch of senior think tanks for the "Cultural Power" column, deputy director of the China Enterprise News Alliance (Beijing) Information Science Research Institute, vice chairman of the Cultural Exchange and Art Committee of China National Radio, guest professor at the China National Radio Cultural Tourism Development Center, deputy secretary-general of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the China Couplet Society, member of the New Artistic Group Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the China Artists Association, deputy director of the China National Art Calligraphy and Painting Art Center, and deputy secretary-general of the International Exchange Working Committee of the China Service Trade Association. She is also a council member of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles Artists Association. Born in Chikan, an ancient town in Kaiping, Guangdong, known as the hometown of watchtowers that blend Chinese and Western cultural styles with a strong artistic atmosphere.

Since childhood, influenced by senior artists like Situ Qiao and Situ Jie, he has been deeply passionate about painting and modeling arts, particularly fascinated by oil painting, gouache, watercolor, line drawing, and Chinese figure painting. His works emphasize structure, color, light, and brushwork, blending meticulous and expressive techniques to achieve both form and spirit, while constantly experimenting with innovation.

Since his youth, he has actively participated in various art activities and exhibitions, focusing on comprehensive artistic cultivation. He has carefully studied the works of renowned Chinese and foreign painters, gradually developing a unique creative style. In recent years, he has actively engaged in the creation and activities of large-scale art exhibitions across different regions, earning widespread acclaim. In 2016, the work "Flower Season" was selected for the "Commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Long March of the Red Army" art exhibition; the work "Hui ’an Girl" was exhibited in the "First China Contemporary Female Calligraphers and Painters Representative Works Exhibition"; in 2017, the work "Miao Family Little Sister" was exhibited in the "Second China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters Representative Works Exhibition and Female Calligraphers and Painters Representative Works Exhibition"; in 2018, the work "Fengnian Le" was exhibited in the "Third China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters Representative Works Exhibition and Female Calligraphers and Painters Representative Works Exhibition"; in 2019, the work "Miao Village Little Flower" was exhibited in the national calligraphy and painting exhibition celebrating the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up and the 10th anniversary of the Beijing Hongsen Shangyi Art Academy, and the work was permanently collected by a collector; in 2019, the work "Praying for Ten Thousand Families" was selected for the "Second China Buddhist Themed Calligraphy and Painting Masters Representative Works Charity Exhibition"; in 2020, the works "Old Comrades" and "Miao Ridge Girl" were exhibited in the "Third China Light (Dajian Cup) National Calligraphy and Painting Works Exhibition"; in 2020, the Chinese painting "Outpost" and the sketch "Portrait of Academician Zhong Nanshan" participated in the online exhibition of anti-epidemic art works in Kaiping City and Jiangmen City; in 2020, the work "Fu Ju" was collected by the National Art Museum of China; in 2021, the work "Outpost" was collected by the National Museum of China; in 2021, the work "Lotus Blooming in a Different Red" was collected by the Embassy of Togo; in March 2021, I was invited to participate in the "China Artists Spring Festival Gala" hosted by CCTV in Beijing; in October 2021, I was invited to participate in the "National Outstanding Art Masters Award Ceremony for the Centenary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China" hosted by CCTV in Qufu, Shandong. In June 2022, "Guizhou Elder’s Portrait" was collected by the Xu Beihong Art Museum; in February 2023, the work was selected for inclusion in a philatelic album issued by China Post, a general stamp and collection issued by Japan Post, and a general stamp and collection issued by eight European countries (Netherlands, New Zealand, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany), contributing to the promotion of Chinese culture; on March 15,2023, it was invited by the Embassy of Albania to participate in a cultural tourism promotion event in Albania as a solo exhibition, showcasing 60 carefully crafted works to contribute to the friendship between the two countries; on March 18,2023, it participated in the "Brush and Ink Shine—National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" at the Rongbaizhai Art Museum; on March 18,2023, it attended the "Inauguration Ceremony of the China Ink Master Art Research Institute—Academic Invitational Exhibition" at the China Art International Exhibition Hall; on March 25,2023, it participated in the "Splendor of Ink and Brush—Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters Invitational Exhibition" at the Beijing Huairou Mutianyu Great Wall Experience Hall; on April 15,2023, the work "Mom and Me" was featured in the "Inheritance and Innovation—Academic Exchange Invitational Exhibition for New Artistic Groups" at the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Museum of History and Culture; on April 22,2023, it was invited to attend the "Ink Language and Couplet Flowers, Poetic Rhythm of Spring and Autumn" poetry and calligraphy creation symposium hosted by the Central Academy of Cultural and Tourism Management; on April 29,2023, it was invited to attend the "Han Style and Tang Charm, Silk Road Splendor" First International Cultural and Art Festival held at the Beijing Huairou Yanxi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center.

On May 19,2023, I was invited to attend the 6th Charity Gala held in Qingdao International Convention Center.

On June 8, 2023, I was invited to attend the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Expo and the 2023 International Cultural Import and Export Trade Fair.

In 2024, he became a contracted artist for Hong Kong Television.

In May 2024, he held a solo exhibition in Qingzhou, Shandong.

In August 2024, he won the Monet International Art Gold Award.

In October 2024, he won the gold medal and the title of outstanding mentor at the Belt and Road International Art Exchange Exhibition.

In October 2024, he was elected as an academician of Beijing Xinhai Culture and Art Research Institute.

The artwork "Afternoon Sunlight" created in December 2024 was awarded the Second Prize by the Expert Committee of the 6th International Social Aesthetic Education Art Festival [2024?Expression] Excellence Awards, presented by the Art Education Research Center of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

In February 2025, the works were selected for exhibition at Beijing Capital International Airport and awarded the title of "Beijing Airport China Cultural and Artistic Ambassador". All the works from the above exhibitions were included in the albums and promotional materials, receiving widespread acclaim. Due to his unique artistic sensibility and organizational skills, he was invited to provide critiques for several renowned artists and to plan various art exhibitions. He enthusiastically bridged the gap between Chinese and Western cultures, curating exhibitions for multiple Chinese artists in mainland China and Hong Kong, gaining positive energy for their artistic journeys. By absorbing the best from these experiences, he gradually established his own distinctive style.

何家英：男，漢族。1957年生于天津，河北任丘人。著名國畫家。1980年畢業于天津美術學院并留校任教至今。

現為全國政協常委、中國美術家協會副主席、天津美術學院教授、天津美術家協會副主席。國家有突出貢獻專家，天津文聯德藝雙馨文藝工作者。

何家英是當代中國畫壇的著名工筆人物畫家，被譽為“最有希望最有代表性的年輕一代畫家”。他著眼于中西方繪畫的相通之處，在兩者的契合點上參悟因革，尊重傳統而不束于舊范，問途城外而不流于追隨。他的創作高揚寫實精神，注重生命體驗。作品刻畫具微，布置謹重，人物清麗瑩潔。他的寫意作品也能別創新意，含蓄、虛豁、自然大方。作品注重對心靈的卓越表現和對人性的深刻關注，為中國人物畫的創新作了富有成就之探索。先后到日本、韓國、印度、香港等地參加畫展。

He Jiaying, a Han Chinese male, was born in 1957 in Tianjin, Renqiu, Hebei Province. A renowned Chinese painter, he graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1980 and has been teaching there ever since.

He is currently a Standing Committee member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Vice Chairman of the China Artists Association, Professor at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, and Vice Chairman of Tianjin Artists Association. Recognized as a National Expert with Outstanding Contributions, he is also honored as a Virtuous and Artistic Worker by the Tianjin Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

He Jiaying is a renowned meticulous figure painter in contemporary China, hailed as "the most promising and representative young generation of painters." He focuses on the common ground between Chinese and Western painting, contemplating innovation at their intersection, respecting tradition without being bound by old conventions, and seeking paths beyond the city without merely following trends. His creations uphold the spirit of realism and emphasize life experience. His works feature meticulous details, solemn compositions, and figures that are clear and luminous. His freehand works also demonstrate originality, being subtle, open-minded, and naturally elegant. His works prioritize the remarkable expression of the soul and profound attention to human nature, making fruitful explorations in the innovation of Chinese figure painting. He has exhibited his works in Japan, South Korea, India, Hong Kong, and other places.
